Brother Bull
Heroic Ground Beef. And other extremely responsible stuff we made.

Brother Bull Ground Beef: From cattle raised on native prairie grasses in Wyoming's high plains. Our approach focuses on grazing that builds soil carbon, increases water retention, and maintains the grassland ecosystem that's been here for thousands of years.
Our Purpose: We've learned that working with the natural grass cycles produces better beef while improving the land each year. Every pound you buy supports converting degraded land back to rich, diverse perennial grassland - increasing drought resilience, wildlife habitat, and soil organic matter.
What We Make: Ground beef from our pastures. Granola from carefully selected, wholesome ingredients - no shortcuts, no fillers. Mangalitsa lard balm with just three ingredients: rendered pastured lard, beeswax, and dried sagebrush. Simple, effective, honest.
Why It Matters: Good stewardship means the land gets better, not worse, with each passing season. Our cattle live their lives on pasture, moving regularly to fresh grass. This isn't just about beef - it's about proving that food production can restore rather than deplete.
Flavorful and Nutrient Rich
These musclebound behemoths are sometimes accused of being tough. Guilty. The steaks would be tough to chew, and that’s why we grind it all to make the most healthy and palatable hamburger on the planet. Despite their tough exterior, testosterone fueled temperaments, low body fat, these animals have some unique advantages:
Ecologically productive, max time on rangeland
No antibiotics
No pesticides
No herbicides
No synthetic fertilizer
No corn or soy
No confinement feeding
